HES-UIE 2026: Additive Manufacturing for the Next Generation of Inductors

From 15 to 18 September 2026, HES-UIE 2026 (International Conference on Heating by Electromagnetic Sources) will take place in Padua, Italy. The conference brings together experts from academia, research, and industry to discuss the latest developments in electromagnetic heating technologies and industrial applications. Key topics include induction heating, advanced equipment technologies, material innovations, and novel manufacturing approaches.

PROTIQ will also be represented at HES-UIE 2026. In his presentation, Dr. Johannes Lohn will demonstrate how additive manufacturing opens up new possibilities in the design of copper inductors and the resulting benefits for induction heating applications.
