„Der Bohrungsdurchmesser ist nicht wie bestellt 8 mm sondern variiert über der Länge von 7,6 bis 7,9 mm. Es muß daher manuell nachgearbeitet werden, damit das Zahnrad auf die 8 mm Achse montierbar wird.“

Die Qualität ist ansprechend, kann aber technologiebedingt (ohne Nachberarbeitung) eher nicht mit gefrästen Werkstücken mithalten.
Für den Einsatzfall war es aber dennoch ausreichend!“

„Moin,
es wäre lobenswert wenn auf der Rechnung und oder dem Lieferschein noch das Druckverfahren und das Material aufgeführt werden könnte. Somit hätte man hier eine gute Nachvollziehbarkeit.
Diese Infos kann man leider auch nicht mehr über die Details in "Mein Konto" nachvollziehen. Evtl. als Anregung für Verbesserungen.

„Sehr geehrtes Protiq-Team,
nach Ihrer Rücksprache zum Stereolithographie-Teil, hatte ich schon mit einer viel schlechteren Auflösung unseres kleinen Markenlogos gerechnet. Umso mehr war ich von Ihrer gelieferten Qualität überrascht und bin begeistert. Der Prototyp ist trotz der hohen Toleranzanforderungen voll funktionsfähig. Zusätzlich wurde noch einen Tag schneller geliefert, als geplant. Einfach genial!
Wir werden gerne wieder bei Ihnen bestellen.

„Nachdem ein Firmen-Konto angelegt war, einfach hochladen, konfigurieren & Bestellung abschicken -> bin sehr zufrieden!
Lieferzeit & Qualität haben gepasst. Da es nur eine Aufnahme für Messungen war (mehrere Teile auf einer Platte) wurde die Maßhaltigkeit nicht gemessen sondern nur die Gängigkeit geprüft.
Die gedruckten Vorrichtungen liegen Eben & Satt auf -> sobald neue Vorrichtungen benötigt werden, wird Protiq als Lieferant berücksichtig werden.“

„Die Teile waren sehr schnell fertig - innerhalb von 24h konnte ich die Muster bereits abholen. Die Qualität war gut und passgenau und erfüllen für unseren Prototypen sehr gut ihren Zweck. Die mechanische Belastbarkeit ist entsprechend gut.
Die Konfiguration auf der Webseite ist sehr einfach und intuitiv gestaltet und geht leicht von der Hand.“
